What GT Optics Does

GT Optics specializes in advanced electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and electromagnetic protection technologies, protecting critical infrastructure, secure facilities, next-generation air and ground platforms, and mission-critical electronic systems. Our flagship solution, SecureWrap®, is a validated, commercially manufactured lightweight electromagnetic shielding system engineered to protect against EMI, high-power microwave (HPM) attacks, RF exploitation, directed-energy exposure, laser targeting, and other emerging physical-layer and electronic-warfare threats.

By enhancing resilience against HPM and other electromagnetic threats, reducing electromagnetic vulnerabilities, and improving signal integrity, GT Optics helps organizations strengthen cybersecurity resilience, increase system availability, protect mission-critical assets, and ensure operational continuity across commercial, government, and defense environments. How GT Optics Operates.

GT Optics operates as a designer, engineer, and manufacturer of electromagnetic shielding technology. The Company designs the product portfolio, engineers each application, runs quality and configuration control, engages directly with customers, and owns the intellectual property behind the platform — including trade secrets in film architecture, coating chemistry, and application methods, a provisional patent on Micro-Facet Lightweight EMI Shielding Film and Coatings, layered on top of an exclusive worldwide license in the defense and DoD-contractor field-of-use to a 65+ patent portfolio in micro-optics and electromagnetic-spectrum manipulation.

The commercial model combines four revenue streams that scale independently: direct product sales of GT Optics shielding films; installed turnkey deployments where the Company oversees engineering and installation; engineering and integration services provided alongside third-party integrators; and licensing revenue where GT Optics technology is embedded in OEM electronics or platforms.

GT Optics' corporate headquarters is located on the 48th floor of Thanksgiving Tower at 1601 Elm Street — a 50-story, 645-foot signature building in the heart of downtown Dallas' Central Business District, designed by HKS Architects and one of the most recognized addresses in the Southwest. From this office, the executive team runs commercialization, capital strategy, program engagement, and the customer-facing side of the business.

GT Optics operates from downtown Dallas, with an ITAR-compatible domestic supply chain traceable to raw material — positioning the Company to deliver against defense and commercial programs on schedules the offshore alternatives cannot match.
