The Company designs the product portfolio, engineers each application, runs quality and configuration control, engages directly with customers, and owns the intellectual property behind the platform — including trade secrets in film architecture, coating chemistry, and application methods, a provisional patent on Micro-Facet Lightweight EMI Shielding Film and Coatings, layered on top of an exclusive worldwide license in the defense and DoD-contractor field-of-use to a 65+ patent portfolio in micro-optics and electromagnetic-spectrum manipulation.
The commercial model combines four revenue streams that scale independently: direct product sales of GT Optics shielding films; installed turnkey deployments where the Company oversees engineering and installation; engineering and integration services provided alongside third-party integrators; and licensing revenue where GT Optics technology is embedded in OEM electronics or platforms.
