Over his career, he has generated more than $3B in revenue and $500M in year-over-year cost savings.

Scott Bayless brings more than 25 years of executive leadership across private equity, systems integration, disruptive technology, and enterprise infrastructure. He has raised more than $500 million in capital, closed more than $200 million in operating deals, and led ventures generating over $700 million in project revenues. An early Internet-infrastructure pioneer, Scott founded one of the first commercial systems-integration firms in 1994 and co-founded Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. He is a Harvard Business School OPM graduate and summa cum laude alumnus of the University of Minnesota.

He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at GreenTek Holdings and as Treasurer and Board Member of the GreenTek Foundation, where he provides financial oversight, governance, and strategic leadership. At GT Optics, Russ leads Field Operations and Customer Installations — owning site survey, installation methodology, configuration management, and sustainment across SecureWrap® deployments at data centers, SCIFs, and other customer environments.

Mark Raymond is a scientist, inventor, and serial entrepreneur recognized globally for his innovations in micro-optics and electromagnetic-spectrum control. He is the co-author of more than 50 patents in advanced lensing and stealth technologies, including anti-counterfeiting systems used by the U.S. Federal Reserve and multiple sovereign banks. He is regarded as one of the foremost authorities on micro-lens imaging design, nano-structured surface replication, and high-performance material engineering.

Hector Porras brings significant experience developing new lenticular technologies. He began his career as a television producer for Chilean National Television. In 2006, Hector shifted into optics and lenticular product development, serving as Account Manager for DCL Motion Products and Product Development Engineer at Genie Lens Technologies. An industrial civil engineer by training, Hector contributes his experience as COO across several manufacturing and logistics companies, bridging the gap between R&D and production execution.

John M. Latini serves as a Board Member and Corporate Counsel to GT Optics, bringing more than 40 years of legal experience advising individuals and businesses in Northern California. Chuck Ingber is a veteran business attorney with over 30 years of legal experience in corporate law, securities, commercial real estate, estate planning, and tax strategy. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University (Political Economy) and Duke University School of Law. Chuck also owns and operates a commercial real estate company.

Michael MacKay is a globally recognized technologist, inventor, and systems architect with more than four decades of experience delivering high-impact innovations across defense, aerospace, and advanced digital infrastructure. He has led the design and deployment of three $1.3B digital media systems (DirecTV, MEASAT, UPC) and served as CTO across projects involving NASA, SpaceX, BMW, the U.S. Navy, and multiple DoD initiatives. Robert Dorne is a decorated defense technologist and combat-experienced contractor with 20+ years supporting U.S. military innovation. He holds multiple patents in warfighter protection, led multimillion-dollar defense development programs as CTO, and has deployed across eight active theaters. Robert has led classified DoD research with PhDs at UC San Diego on immersive training and neurological rehabilitation technologies, and has developed award-winning military training media and 3D control systems for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army.
