Performance is configured per program — engineered against the host substrate, film stack, and integration geometry, with configuration-specific qualification performed at the integration point by the accrediting authority.

GT Optics designs its own nanostructures in COMSOL Multiphysics, transfers them to substrate through lithography, and completes each product through sputter deposition of engineered material stacks \u2014 configuring nanostructure geometry, material stack, substrate, and application process to the threat, weight, environment, and duty cycle of each deployment.
